I’d Buy THAT Mineral! 4-27-2007

Here is the stuff I would buy…if I had more than $3.50!

Hey! I’m not here to promote my own stuff!!! Ok, maybe a little bit. Here is a bunch of Mineralogical Records, being sold to further our travel budget! My own personal refrence copies! Out of all of the Mineralogical Records, this one has always been my favorite cover! It looks like a christmas card, doesn’t it? I bet the specimen was under $500 too! Well, Mineralogical Records are ALWAYS a good buy! Especially if you don’t have them! IF you don’t have a subscription, you are only cheating yourself! March on over to the Mineralogical Record’s website and get a subscription, with haste!

It is too cool, isn't it?

This is the kind of weird stuff I like to line my bookshelf with…funky mineral related funky stuff. Did I just use funky two times in the same sentence? Yes, yes I did.
Well, this seller is a bid of a nut job, if you ask me, because they use the exact same headline for each auction, never saying what the ACTUAL THING IS in the title of the auction! I don’t know if it is some kind of marketing ploy or whatnot, I’ve asked them, but they have never replied. Well, a good friend of mine said an Azurite that they bought of this seller was easily the very best purchase he has ever made on ebay. So, you might just want to put this guy on your favorites list…just in case.

Get these new Rhodonite specimens while the getting is good! Kiyoshi has a FANTASTIC assortment of them and the pictures are KILLER, don’t you think! If my pictures were half as good as that I’d be very proud!

Small, but choice Phosphophyllite. The amount of crystals on this matrix is quite impressive!
