I’d Buy THAT Mineral! 4-28-2007

Short and sweet today, gotta finish packing up all this junk, all this junk inside these trunks. What I’m gonna do with all this junk, I’m gonna put this in my storage. My Storage, my storage, my lovely box of storage.

Geesh…Check out our Rockhoundingvideos.com blog for more info on our trip, including our SWEET Texas leg!

Anyway, Here are my 4 choices of great minerals I’d be tempted to buy, if I bought minerals!

Ok, what’s my thing with Sussexite? I don’t know but I love it. And as far as Sussexite goes, DAMN that’s a nice one! $50? Geesh! I bid over $100 for it! Very nice!

It is too cool, isn't it?

If you like Wulfenites, well check out this very uncommon Tombstone specimen! Tombstone is virtually CLOSED to collecting and a large amount of the mines were dead center in town, all filled up and closed down now. Not a bad piece! I’d certainly put a bid in on this one!

It is too cool, isn't it?

Chris Wright has been getting some very nice Fluorites from Erongo in. This one is very nice! What I like about it is the Feldspar has a very sharp white color and I think it mixes well with the bright green fluorite! Not bad at all for $55.00! Subscribe to his newsletter and you get another 10% off!!

My friend JP Cand lost his life at this location, but a few weeks before he had his fatal accident here he showed me some of the specimens he had been retreving which were AMAZING. Actually, I was going to call him and meet him up there that week, but I chickened out from lack of gas money. Well, now that you are properly bummed out, check out the lovely assortment of specimens on Fabre minerals! He has about 8 of these to choose from, not as nice as JP’s last find, but he lost his life getting them. You, don’t have to risk that buying one from Jordi.
