Partner Etiquette

As partners, we will work together to introduce collectors of all types to the world of mineral collecting.  Like in all partnerships, there are expectations for both parties.

What you can expect from us:

  • We will not sell your personal or business details to a third party.
  • We will do our best to post Dealer PLUS daily updates on the day(s) requested.
  • We will post your business in the requested category(s) within 5 business days of your paid subscription.
  • We will respond to business inquiries within 2 business days.

What we expect from you:

  • You will service customers with integrity and in a timely manner.
  • You will accurately represent your products and services.
  • You will provide photos and logos in the requested formats and sizes.
  • You will provide us with contact & company details, upon subscribing, in case we have any questions.

Payments

  • Package payment will be a recurring payment through PayPal
  • Subscriber may pay with PayPal account or with Credit Card

Cancellations

If our community is not right for you, that’s okay. You can cancel your membership at any time within your PayPal Account.  Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.  If you would like us to cancel your subscription on your behalf, please send an email to support@the-vug.com within in a minimum of 2 business days prior to the end of your billing cycle. 

Refunds

Our packages are subscription based.  You are welcome to cancel at any time and your partnership will end at the end of your billing cycle.  Refunds are not offered due to the subscription nature of this service.
